What's the difference between online and in-person coaching?

Online coaching gives you flexibility to train anywhere with personalised plans and remote support. In-person training provides hands-on guidance, form correction, and face-to-face motivation at New Image Gym.

How often will we communicate?

Online coaching includes weekly check-ins, plus I'm available for questions throughout the week with fast response times. In-person clients can message between sessions as needed.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to start?

Not at all! I work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Your program will be tailored to your current level and goals.
