My Story

I'm Steph, I have been training myself now for 4 years and been a coach for 2 years. When I first started I was extremely underweight, I had a very unhealthy relationship with food until I had a shift in mindset when I realised how unhealthy I was and that I needed to make drastic changes for myself.

4 years later and I have made a drastic amount of progress mentally and physically, I no longer have a poor relationship with food and I'm much stronger and healthier.

I am now a qualified personal trainer and qualified coach helping girls on their fitness journey whether that is helping them through their fat loss journey in the most healthy way possible or helping girls improve their relationship with food and gaining strength and becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

Why I Do This

Having been through my own transformation, I understand the struggles, the setbacks, and the victories. I'm passionate about helping other women avoid the mistakes I made and achieve their goals in a healthy, sustainable way.
